401(k) plan through Koch Industries/Infor
Fair compensation. Potential earning ability.
Include physiotherapy and higher ratio for optical benefits. Don't just highball us at the start, consider salary adjustments on an annual basis.
Healthcare is terrible. Pay is not on par with what other tech companies pay. I dont believe i am severely underpaid but with healthcare costing me what it does - it definitely feels like a lot less money.
+40% pay, cover all health insurance premiums, fully match the 401k like comparable tech companies do.
Salaries are lower for women that are as capable or better than counterparts
Pay is not up to standards and annual reviews with compensation increases are the exception.
Comp is on the low end. Benefits are barely industry-standard. No equity for a tech company is complete BS.

Pay everyone double for putting up with you Clown School graduates.
Regular merit raises would be nice and bonuses as well

Ultimately the company is so horribly run, that it's not terribly relevant. The products are barely half baked and can't go live. Such a dissapointment
