What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is a lot of respect between colleagues. There are the odd ducks out but the culture at Infor is very much about respect which I truly appreciate.

My immediate team members Capabilty and willingness to get the job done.

Open to ideas from all contributors. Emphases on MBM principles.

Teamwork, innovation, accountability and growth

Not much culture, very bland to be honest.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Support from management for a consistent, positive direction to modern software development practices

More collaboration within teams & educate in cultural differences

Stop being such a ridiculous clusterf*ck of totally uncool jokers.

Equal opportunities, change is needed to bring a fresh perspective and improve
