Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Include physiotherapy and higher ratio for optical benefits. Don't just highball us at the start, consider salary adjustments on an annual basis.

Healthcare is terrible. Pay is not on par with what other tech companies pay. I dont believe i am severely underpaid but with healthcare costing me what it does - it definitely feels like a lot less money.

+40% pay, cover all health insurance premiums, fully match the 401k like comparable tech companies do.

Salaries are lower for women that are as capable or better than counterparts

Pay is not up to standards and annual reviews with compensation increases are the exception.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Quit and go someplace you can actually learn UX. Not someplace where they build the plane as their flying it.

They hire anyone who is willing to work for low pay. Or they seek out sociopaths to be managers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The lack of training and available documentation for users make Infor's suite of product difficult to use for new and existing customers

Management by negativity affecting team performance.

Replace the executive teams with those focused on building a long lasting sustainable organization.

Hook&Loop is a terrible work environment led by absolute wankers.
