Things have gone down hill since acquisition by Koch. The culture and employee sat have both changed negatively. It is now Koch culture - not fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Comradery and friendships are good. The employees demonstrate willingness to do best for customers, but many foolish decisions since Koch involvement is ruining the motivation.
