I think the people are what make a company great, and thankfully we've put a large emphasis on hiring not just great talent, but good, honest, caring people.

The pay is quite competitive!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Acceptance and understanding. Everyone uplifts one another and wants to see others succeed, so if someone is feeling off or down that day, we'll do whatever we can to take on their tasks and help however we can. It's really a positive, helpful environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I truly feel connected to the cause and our mission. I feel it's ingrained in everything we do, and we're always ensuring we're all aligned on what our part is in that mission. No joke, it feels like an amazing community where everyone truly wants to see you succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're GOOD PEOPLE. It's literally that simple. They care about doing a good job and they care about their fellow colleagues. They are just really good, humble, givers that focus on what they need to do but also know how to ensure everyone around them does well and feels good about their tasks.
