I've been with the company about a year now. Thomasarts I love thought I do wish I had the ability to, in the future, accrue more vacation. It's sad because I work closely with some who are hired through Integrity and they don't have the same benefits and I get a feeling things are more restricted.

They're amazing at collaborating and solving complex problems. They care about each other and want to see everyone succeed.

The respect everyone has for one another. The willingness to include coworkers in actives. The fun activities arranged by the office admin staff.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with such great people. Being able to solve complex technical problems. Being able to watch my team be successful and support the growth of one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the companies willingness to give all employees a stake in the company. I feel that will make us all want to succeed. I like that Thomasarts provides additional time off around the holiday and a flexible work-from-home which is a must for my family situation and with rising fuel prices.
