Every day flies by and I feel like I accomplish something of value every day.

Collaboration, family first mentalities, positive attitudes, constant improvements, and no one is set in their ways with a mindset of... "this is how we have always done things"
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency and frequency of communication from the exec team is awesome. They actually live by our culture and drive it to each of us by leading by example.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Integrity is (no exageration) the ONLY place I have ever worked where the culture is real. It's not just words on a wall or in a handbook. Everyone sees others living by it and it's in one word incredible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
1.EOP! 2. Base pay is fairly competitive 3. I do wish that there was a bonus opportunity. EOP is a great long term motivator but I've worked harder here than any other place in my life and I fell like I'm missing that short term motivation that awards me for my personal achievements.
