What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that the company is looking for ways to support our employees so that they can support each other, our Partners and businesses. Lunches on site every day at a very affordable price is really going above and beyond and our employees appreciate it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is connected to their teams, they invest personal time with their teams and they are available for questions or concerns. They lead from the front and do exactly what they ask of their team. They are authentic and genuine which is what people expect of their leaders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a common goal and vision and we speak the same language. Our weekly all employee meetings are a great way for everyone to see the goal and understand what they are a part of. Everyone I talk to says that Integrity employees are the nicest people. That means a lot.
