So far things have been good. I do have issues with the compensation for my current position, I don't feel there are very many opportunities for growth, and I don't feel like my boss cares about my well being. But at the end of the day, I have a good job, and there are a lot of really positives.

I love the type of work I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company does a good job of creating good work relationships which helps with trust in your coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership team knows what they want, but putting the right people in place to put together a plan seems to be lacking.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are small, but effective, and growing. I would like to see my team double over the next year. The need is there, the work is there, we just need more people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I have grown a lot but it goes un noticed, which is why I say I feel like my compensation could be better. As far as industry average in my state, I am about 15-20% less from a salary standpoint.
