So far I have had a decent experience. The culture is fantastic and my coworkers are amazing. The reporting to relationship is very different from what I am used to and not always in good ways. But, we are a new team and are navigating these waters as best we can.

They are very quick to jump in when needed and they are very supportive of one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, I just know that for the type of work I am doing, my education level and my technical experience my market value is 10k more than I am currently making annually.
