Overall its good. Of course nothing is perfect and I think I have some legit improvement areas. People in leadership positions should actively practice becoming better leaders and refine their leadership skill sets. Myself included.

Market comparable salary and bonuses paid earlier. June for the previous year is unacceptable.

My diverse responsibilities, that are all things I'm good at. But I'm still challenged each day.
