Overall, great Company. Appreciate Brian's and Steve's vision. I wish we have more experienced Assistant Controllers, who could motivate and care about the team and culture. One of the most experienced Asst. Controllers hardly interacts & has a negative impact on the team which causes resignations

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall environment of the firm is inclusive but considering we are still in the growth phase so there are some frustrations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation should be adjusted to inflation, plus the insurance benefits could be negotiated to reduce the deductibles. The reduction in the insurance deductible will eventually fix the compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Rise in the inflation rates and the expensive benefits deductibles are not matched with the salary increase. The current take home salary is at least 20% less than the current market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Baring the Assistant Controllers, the team really gels together. They take ownership and complete their assignments despite the heavy growth within the Company. One of the Assistant Controllers hardly communicate to anyone and cannot get his points across because of poor English.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am very impressed by the Brian's vision about the future of the Company. The same is reflected by the Controller/ VP Finance for the department but unfortunately not supported at the Assistant Controller level. The Assistant Controllers are not experienced/ honest enough to translate that vision.
