The EOP plan and our company sponsored insurance plans are generous. In the past 2 years, our benefit premiums have stayed the same or gone down and the plans have gotten more generous.
Annual merit opportunity and incentive bonus is a nice feature of our compensation package. The EOP is a great add but, too much uncertainty on when a person might get any benefit from the program.
Our team is focused, employee centric, and smart. People work just as hard as they play and there is a deep desire for people to live their best lives inside and outside of the office.
In the SSC, we take care of each other and live by our values. Our other offices and remote employees don't demonstrate the same level of this but, I know there are efforts to improve this.
Compensation is average against benchmark. Bonus structure for Managers could use improvement as it is not consistent or competitive. There is too much reliance on EOP as a retention tool but the rewards are too far out for it to feel meaningful in everyday work life.
