What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They seem to be trying very hard to instill a positive culture, which is appreciated. Their efforts are just a little misplaced.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency. Unfortunately, most of the people filling out these surveys are not those who have constructive feedback. The leadership team also lacks humility. There are better ways to do things sometimes, but that is impossible to see without an ounce of humility.
