Community focused decision making. We consistently make positive changes and decisions that positively impact the work environment and personal lives of our employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Per local and national salary averages, I am well below the avg salary for an HR professional. There is also no opportunity to grow in HR with CXP. Growth is my main career concern.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I sincerely appreciate the opportunities that CXP has offered me to grow professionally and I love the sound business decision making skills of our Sr Leadership team. Very impressive team to work with and learn from!
