What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop letting the tail wag the dog and have a reality check on what defines success. The growth and acquisition pace is unhealthy and will back-fire in a very public way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop with the "we're a start up" mentality. Integrity has grown to an enterprise level org with the leadership maturity of small business. And ease up on the kool-aid. It's starting to taste bitter.
