Health Insurance is a good price. Dental is a little high compared to other Co's that I have worked for. 401K vesting immediately is fantastic!! Employee Ownership plan extra FANTASTIC!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate with each other well. I worked from home during the pandemic and it was NOT a good situation. NO ONE collaborated and it was very difficult getting trained for a new job. I like being in the office around others and working towards our company goals!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Keeping us informed of what is going on with the company. Let us share in the Employee Ownership Plan, every other company that I have worked for, only cares about the Executives. Having fun activities and some meals/snacks for employees, helps to show your appreciation for a job well done.
