Good, except I would love to work from home couple of days a week to be more productive since it takes around couple of hours of commute a day to and from work.

I travel 45 minutes one way on toll road costing $13 a day to come to work every day and still every morning I am ready to start my day to come to the office with positive attitude. This is the best company by far I work for.
