
Base salary is reasonable, but medical benefits are too expensive.
There is a me attitude and not a team first mentality. Need to create a better department culture.
Accounting leadership is the issue. No accountability to issues arising and will not accept that things are broken. Quick to blame everyone but themselves.
It's time to consider bring in new leadership at the assistant controller & controller level. There lack of experience is hurting the department and the high turnover will continue as long as they are around. The whispers are they are only here to cash out at IPO and don't care about anything else
