Mostly like the people & the environment. Growth has happened maybe too fast, and things like staffing and training development have fallen behind.

overall great... there have been some bad times, but I think those are ironing out as the technology we are using matures

I like the environment & overall attitude. Things are changing mighty fast, and my "customers" are internal folks who are not ALL thrilled at the changes going through Integrity (or that Integrity is forcing on them). My job has changed VERY rapidly, and I sometimes have a hard time keeping up.
