Everyone gives it a 110% percent when they come to work. They truly represent our core values.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I matter. I am valued and appreciated. The leadership team cares. I also love the diversity and incredible talent that Integrity has. I am proud and honored to be a part of the Integrity family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is awesome! They are all very approachable and down to earth. It is amazing that with the amount of employees we have, they know everyone's name. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into things like Coffee Talk and recognizing employees that go above and beyond.
