My experience is good in general, my company just need to increase pay, and be more flexible with working remotely. Other than those, it's such a great place to work because they provide all sorts of amenities to make the environment enjoyable.

It's been a great atmosphere and welcoming environment to work in. Opportunity to grow is tremendous. We just have to do better around compensation, work life balance and remote work opportunity.
