I love Integrity and everything we stand for and do as a company. I could not imagine working anywhere else! However I do feel a little lost about my role and what my purpose is here, but I am sure that will become more clear with time!

Getting new opportunites and trying new things! Also just interacting with guests and new co-workers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think the company culture is great! Sometimes personally I'm a little confused as to what my role is here, but I am sure that will come with time.
