I love what I do, I love the people I work with. I love that the expectations are high and that I can help others achieve more to realize some of their goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees feel valued. Its the smallest, largest company I have ever worked for. We do a lot of great things to recognize employees and help make them feel part of the team. Our culture makes them feel what each employee does is important.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
On taking this new role as CEO of Copeland, I increased EBITDA by 42% in 9 months, I was given almost the same bonus as I received previously, before I had all this responsibility. I like what I do but there was no offer of additional bonus, stock, or payouts if I hit certain targets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took on a new role as CEO with significant responsibility. I increased EBIDTA by 43% in 9 months. We are a leader in health production. I spend more time away from my family than ever. I have never been offered additional stock, the bonus I received is the same as years past. No base pay change.
