I love working here. Love it. I am thirsty for knowledge and learning more about the fullness of Integrity and leadership to learn from. I am unsure that direct mgr can provide that. Limited compensation growth would be the sole reason I look elsewhere.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I realize the growth has superseded what any organization could have expected, but the transparency and unity as we have grown in needs of the business is exciting to me. Yes, it's alot, very taxing and my job is very demanding, but the support of leadership/managers has eased this. People first!

My team. The environment and the sense of accomplishment each day. We have amazing cross dept collaboration.

We all truly enjoy one another. Respect, & value one another and collaborate and support each other, ALWAYS! We have an amazing team.

They are not only engaged, but they are each willing to do anything they are asking of us to do and they will roll their sleeves up and dig in with you!
What makes you most happy at work?
my day to day work demands and assisting the BU's with their needs and supporting them! I have a sense of accomplishment navigating through the needs of the business and they obtain the level of performance they desire.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told upon hire certain there were additional compensation opportunities, that have not come to fruition. I do believe the team is not comped appropriately for skill sets. However, I also believe in my leadership and trust in them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each team member is willing to pour into one another and go above and beyond to support each other! Everyone genuinely cares for one another and wants the best professionally and personally. It's truly a great team and environment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all very are genuine, the top of their field/extremely knowledgeable, passionate and very relatable. I would say their knowledge of their individual area and their skillset is the most noted thing about each of them. I truly feel as if they are reach just Rock Stars!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What I was originally told, did not occur. I had a great performance review and happened to have a lot of expectations out of the norm that I was given due to business needs, and I am grateful for what was thrown to me, I learned a ton! I felt my comp increase should have reflected the value I bro
