I love the fact that we are like a close family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My agents make my day I love to be able to help them. I really don't have a close relationship with most of the recruiters/sales directors.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help my agents. I get excited to teach them new things that they didn't know and to help them grow their book of business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was placed in a new role February 2023. I took this position and was under the impression I would receive a raise and that hasn't happened. I have been at the same pay rate for 4 years and with the new responsibilities I would like to be compensated for that.
