The sense of family, belonging, and value as a person not just an employee.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and the transportation/parking subsidy. End of year/holiday bonus opportunity like the Business Units would be nice though.

The way that they convey appreciation to us and value us as individuals show they are real people too.

How invested they are in our vision. They are real people, who are approachable and who I feel I can reach out to.

I would say I believe I am fairly compensated for my role, however, I am open to growth opportunities as we continue to evolve.

I love my team, every one of them is fantastic and is always there for one another. Sense of collaboration and mutual respect is the best I've experienced.

That they understand and embrace that we all are people and have people-related needs. We uplift each other and help each other get to the finish line, together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to accomplish tasks and see the value of my work come to fruition and be appreciated by those I support. That and having the support of my team around me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are not just a team, we are a family. My co-workers and I have each other's back every step of the way and are truly invested in each other's overall welfare.
What makes you most happy at work?
Three things - 1) When our internal stakeholders have those "Lightbulb" moments and you get to see your work and patience finally pay off. 2) Developing business relationships that evolve into business friendships. 3) The way my team cares about one another and moves through things phalanx style.
