My immediate team is great and makes it a pleasure to come into work. I am disappointed by the lack of parental leave especially with a company that constantly espouses family values. My manager is an incredible mentor and c-level leadership above him while aggressive on deadlines accepts feedback.

Easy access to communicate ideas and feedback even if not accepted. More transparent than other companies.

Celebrating different cultures and holidays across the world fairly/evenly. It's the most inclusive company I've worked for.
