Challenges and the people. I love being challenged at work, I love learning new things and I love that the people believe in me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people! We have happy people at Integrity and it's contagious. When you are surrounded by happy people that love what they are doing it creates the best work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership team is so involved in everything here at Integrity. They care about each and every person and their success. We have a leadership team that is invested in its people!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it! When you love what you do and who you do it with the compensation is icing on the cake. My pay check is needed to live but the EOP is my future. I love having something to look forward to. The EOP puts purpose into the day to day work!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the most supportive team. The sky is the limit at Integrity and I have a team empowers me to be the best version of myself and wants to see me grow and succeed. Everyone is open and honest with feedback, they take time for each other, we really work well together to accomplish great things.
