My experience has been good. Gorgeous office. Great work environment. However, we can improve upon: 1. There being a higher priority placed on the office looking nice for visitors than ensuring it's functional for employees. 2. Only some departments have the ability to work from home, not all.

My work relationships and the work from home capabilities would be the most positive things about my environment.

I enjoy working here, but recently, I feel as if my title and pay does not align with my workload and level of responsibility.

I appreciate the comradery and group effort to ensure we're all successful. I also enjoy the day to day conversation and respect for one another.
