We try and support each other's growth as we come together as a new team. We are stretched thin so there are challenges
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the flexibility of parking downtown but also the support of using local transit. I've shifted to using the DART system almost every day now.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The volume of change that needs to happen is quite enormous and daunting. We have lots of conflicting priorities and not enough resources so there is an anxiety about everything that is needed to be done. Hard to turn the brain off when I'm home which impacts home life
