What makes you most happy at work?
I am blessed and grateful and very self-motivated person, like I mentioned Integrity is amazing company, I am happy to work for Integrity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am very self-motivated and positive person. Company's efforts are outstanding for positive culture and work environment. Some selfish people don't deserve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have positive intentions with the new leadership team, few changes are really commendable, I am still looking for more progressive and positive impacts in near future
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My title is underrated with the experience, requires correction, my opinions are not heard when I approach through normal channel, but when I approach the same through different channels (breaking the hierarchy, directly reaching to top management), then it is taken seriously & actions are taken.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best Things? we should start with "good" then "better" then come to "best", I feel I have not seen who they are, I see them talking/behaving in their own interest, always different than before, sometime hard to believe or rely. It's hard to know who is working in the good interest of the Company
