I have mixed feelings, I enjoy working with my team and the work we do. I understand the direction the company need to be going, but i also question the decision and the practices. Theres little collaboration between teams and Career advancement is challenging. I want to see these things change

They believe in team culture and come to work every day ready to give there all
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The lack of professional development at this company is concerning. Career development is a partnership between the employee, their managers and the company. I have yet to hear or see any examples of the company promoting career development or and opportunities for advancement.
