I love the fast pace and the transformation that the company is going through right now. Specific changes have been made within my department to ensure a positive work culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see three changes to our benefits: expanded vacation coverage (I am used to unlimited at my level), more flexibility to work hybrid schedules (especially with the increase in remote workers on our team), and paid phone coverage (I am used to having my phone paid for at my level).
