My immediate team is comprised of group of competent, well-trained professionals, who put their best foot forward in their work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The "family" aspect is the most positive part of the company culture, however it is more of a marketing ploy and barely extends to most employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am being dramatically underpaid for my position and my quality of life is abysmal as a result. Additionally, my pay was frozen and any additional earning opportunities were stripped with no replacement. I gave P&C over half a year to respond to my request for compensation adjustment, but did not.
