Learning new technology, good coworkers
Interview was easy. Application process was annoying, but it might have improved since.
My personal manager is awesome, but a lot of stuff that happens at Intel doesn't make sense at all. Many bad decisions made by higher ups often. Very little transparency.
I am very underpaid. Nearly everyone at Intel is vastly underpaid. In addition to this, Intel squeezes a lot out of you. I have had some roles/teams at Intel that expected me to be on-call 24/7 and would call me at midnight for very small changes.
My team is awesome. Everyone I work with directly on my current project/team is great. They're my favorite part of my job. My boss is great too. I would totally work for her again, just not at Intel. If she ever left Intel and started a business I would totally work for her.
