I feel like I have a very stable job, but don't get compensated fairly for the amount of work that I do. They need to give more promotions. They restructured their compensation but in a way that won't have any effect on the people that have been stuck in a lower grade level for too long.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do not hover. They give you an assignment and trust that you'll complete it on time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My group has not given a promotion in 2 years. Now there is a bottleneck and we have engineers who are working above their pay grade and deserve to get promoted, but I doubt Intel will give enough promos to extinguish the situation so they will lose some good engineers.
