hardworking folks not fairly being compensated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Intel has been slow at keeping up with salaries, usually < 2% pay raise, even though market is really hot.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Raise salaries, stop laying good people off just to pay double to hire new ones that are less qualified then what they just laid off.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive team keeps breaking their promises due to slip in releases, especially in manufacturing... they started to slip their schedules when new CEO came in years ago and laid off workers, employees don't trust mgmt to get the company going.
