Teams often feel like teams, working together towards a common goal. Feedback, positive or negative, is never shot down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Less detached than other leadership teams. Current CEO worked his way up from the factory and it shows in his decisions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy. So long as your assigned tasks are completed according to a schedule (which you typically set) you can pick up other tasks and projects as you see fit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ludicrously smart and friendly folks that share common tasks but each have their own specialty. If you need something done and don't know how, chances are your team can point you in the right direction.
