What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop all of the fake culture messages and blind promotion of minorities. Fire the multiple layers of caustic middle and executive management.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leaders are very, very weak technically and seem driven by the immediate politics. Leadership seems only interested in getting the most money for themselves.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Pay is purely political and very few employees care about doing the right thing for the company. Most employees only care about scrounging for whatever meager pay increases that are available.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Get rid of the multiple layers of caustic, incompetent, political executive and middle management. Stop the stupid promotion of minorities at any cost. Get rid of most of the HR.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leadership pushes URM promotion at the stupid levels just so they can get their bonuses. The remaining pay/promotion opportunities are paid for political wrangling. Intel needs to scrap the current pay methodology and pay for value add to the company.
