IntouchCX Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Overall approach between salary, equity, and flexibility

Thanks for your support team members

It balances long term commitments with performance (paid per performance and retention).

How considered they are based on our needs

The approach to ensuring it is fair.

I am compensated fairly with my salary and benefits are great.

Allowances and perfect attendance bonus

DENTAL VISION AND HEALTH ARE AVAILABLE AT LOW COST

its fair and above industry standards

Review from Marketing Dept

At par with industry skillset

health benefits, hmo, insurance, and the leave credits

Review from Operations Dept

I'm all good in my salary

Review from HR Dept

incentives, bonuses, competitive salary, allowance

Review from HR Dept

It's the basic pay and the night differential

Review from HR Dept

HMO, allowances like clothing; communication and meal allowance

Review from Operations Dept

Paid fair and always on time.

Review from Admin Dept

it would be healthcare card and skills allowance

Best part about compensation are allowances, incentives and bonuses

Review from HR Dept

It's good for the role.

Base pay and paid time off.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Seeing that employees are treated with respect and dignity by the recruiting, training and operations department should change staff and offer a higher salary for the hours worked.Especially for vri workers in field interpretation

Review from Customer Success Dept

I have previously stated the reason, this goes across the board.

Working for this company for a senior operation manager that treats you like a pos worker when youre being told by your coaches youre doing amazing made me realize that this job is not worth it.

Employees need to be given a chance to buy insurance at any time. No stock options are available as far as I know.

There is no benefits until 6 months which is double the amount of time comparing to other companies . Compensation is pretty basic there is very less chances for you to increase the salary after months and months you will be sticking with the same salary.

Constant devaluation by beratement and shaming

401K and Stock Options to at least market levels

We dont get pay hourly ? I didnt know we get benefits

It would be best if some folks are part of the decision/plans at the onset especially if they are the concerned and is expected to deliver or work on it.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel like if we are bilingual we should get paid a bit more. At the end, we are spending 10 hours a day in this place and we are bringing lots of people to the company (isn't that important). We do receive a bonus but for some reason if feels like we are not completely important for the company.

Review from Operations Dept

Since pandemic happened we're rendering Overtime and there are times that we need to sacrifice our Rest day just to fill in the business needs, there's no problem on that if the schedule is alternate but they made it as a compulsory and there are times that it will affect our mental health.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Sometimes, I sacrifice my own rest days and personal life just to achieve targets/quotas. It's tiring and it's fun but I wish that we would be compensated since we are sacrificing a lot of personal matters for this.

Review from HR Dept

Most of the time there are some disputes every cutoff

Review from HR Dept

I have one year in this company and never had a new training regarding my position. We have done a great job but never had felt good about it, no recognition from our bosses or prices or good benefits. We dont get paid enough to be motivated. NO MOTIVATION AT ALL.

Review from HR Dept

Low basic pay. Make basic pay higher and add more incentive (performance and for those who take more OTs).

Review from HR Dept

Wrongdoing must not be broadcast to everybody, it must be privately addressed. Also, disputes must be discussed immediately with positive resolution

Review from Admin Dept

From August to February we've been experiencing disputes, lost hours, underpaid, we are in need of money in this time being. Having such disputes from our salaries was very disappointing, and heart breaking. we've been doing our jobs completely fine, max OT's ,we deserve to be paid completely.

Review from Admin Dept

The scope of my work is quite large. In other companies, it would normally be done by 2 people or more. A consistent annual salary increase would definitely be a big moral boost.

Review from HR Dept

I was paid well. Just would have like to have stayed longer.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Stop doing the bait and switch and hiring people for a much lower rate than you advertise.
