Working for this company for a senior operation manager that treats you like a pos worker when youre being told by your coaches youre doing amazing made me realize that this job is not worth it.
Employees need to be given a chance to buy insurance at any time. No stock options are available as far as I know.
There is no benefits until 6 months which is double the amount of time comparing to other companies . Compensation is pretty basic there is very less chances for you to increase the salary after months and months you will be sticking with the same salary.

We are having trouble in the proper information dissemination and cascading of new or revised processes. Sometimes the leaders do not have or give out the same information which leads to confusion among the team members. I am sincerely hoping they clear it out first and decide on one update to give.
