What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company is amazing the hire ups in my store need to go. Just the store manager. I can't speak for every store.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nothing except two workers the assistant manager and the girl that works the same shift as me. She works hard and is very nice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Cleaning. They need to be accountable for their own actions. They need to stay off their phones while its down time at work. If i cant why should they be able too. Im not even a phone offender.
