Better management. That actually nipped conflicts in the bud. And didn't always expect certain people to cover every other shift.
There was nothing special about it. Manager had me waiting for 30 minutes even though the store was empty. Employees all stood around looking at their phones.
Low wages. Uncaring, lazy coworkers. I would feel better if I was paid better, treated well and what I'm worth. And if the manager actually managed instead of catering to lazy employees.
