I feel like that employees that actually want to work should at least be hired and not just people that you want to get by on
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to learn how to actually follow the companies rules and make sure that the employees in the customers are OK because if neither are OK the business won't run properly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my manager switches my schedule without confirming, nor denying if I have prior arrangements, I am worked on certain days without a break due to the low staff and proper management comprehension that is needed
