well overall the experience isnt too terrible, i just feel like my manager is unfair and i do too much work, too be faced with critique all the time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel undervalued because i do a huge majority of the work during my shift yet im always faced with complaints from my manager
What are some of the best things about your team?
there is always a fellow co worker who is willing to help you out and show you what to do, or cover your shift if you cannot make it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
well pretty much, we hardly get breaks and if we want one we have to argue with our manager for it, and if its really busy we just dont get a lunch break or break at all.
