There is a lot of things wrong but the main thing is the management and workers in general.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Extremely, I am always doing what is expected plus extra but won't even get recognition for any of it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
EVERYTHING, there people skills, to multitasking, to even the simpleest of thing like cleaning or restocking at the end of their shift.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly some of the customers, given not all of them because there is a good handful that are just flat out disrespectful and impossible to satisfy. but theres a good percentage that are incredible and make the experience better.
