More checks and balances put in place to make sure that the higher management is treating the district managers with dignity and respect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though I was very undervalued due to my age and was treated unfairly due to my age. The company works you to the bone and then has the control of letting you go with no notice and can keep your bonus even if you have already earned it. Very sneaky and conniving in cheating people.
