Depressing. Watching the same mistakes each season, things that were planned to be changed but never done, then each group pointing fingers at each other as to why it went wrong.

My coworkers that find things to smile about no matter what.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their specialists and being honest when identifying both successes and gaps.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make senior VP leaders more accountable for their failures and not use others to take the fall.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Innovative is the best word to describe my team. We were given complicated issues and were able to find new methods to over come those challenges. Always thinking up ways to improve on what was there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
5 times over 3 years my immediate supervisors left the company and I was expected to do the work but was never recognized or compensated for the extra responsibilities. Recognition and advancement is based more on WHO you know (and are friends with) rather than on WHAT you know.
