My manager really tries to get all of the knowledge and sides of the story he can. He has fought for me time and time again. He is extremely competent and a great person to work for. I believe that the exec team wants to do the right thing, but they still have a lot of work to do to right the ship.

Our leadership team knows each employee individually and maintains that relationship. I know how busy they can be, and making priority to have 10 minute conversations with employees about their weekend speaks volumes.

Salary is the best part. It is higher than average in Utah. Then the hsa match is great, and the fact that health insurance premiums are covered.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The execute has implemented different benefits that felt like the right direction -- paid vacations, shared company vacations, 4-day work weeks -- but has pulled those away. Combined with the extreme focus on AI, it feels like people are being squeezed for more with less.
